1. What personally identifiable information is collected from me?
Talent Rock collects information in several ways from different parts of our web site, currently www.TalentRock.com. Some personal information is gathered at the time you register or are registered. During registration, Talent Rock may require a unique username, private password, and a valid email address. We may also ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, and experience with the services we provide, and contact preferences. Wherever Talent Rock collects personal information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.
2. What are cookies and how are they used by Talent Rock?
Talent Rock may place Internet cookies on your hard drive. Internet cookies are small files that may be placed on your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Advertising networks that place ads onto Talent Rock's Website may also use their own cookies. The content of such cookies and the use of the information they contain is controlled by the third party advertising network placing them, not by Talent Rock. 3. How is my information used?
Talent Rock does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, or to have information that we believe might be of interest provided to you, or when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Talent Rock under confidentiality agreements. 4. Who is collecting my information?
When you are on the Talent Rock site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with Talent Rock alone, unless specifically stated otherwise. If data is being collected and/or maintained by any company other than Talent Rock, you will be notified prior to the time of the data collection or transfer. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer by not using that particular service or purchasing those particular goods.

While we strive to protect your information, Talent Rock cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information through the transmission process and you do so at your own risk.

Talent Rock may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. As always, if you do not agree with any changes to our privacy policy, you have the option of requesting that we delete your personally identifiable information from the site.
