Talent Rock offers a non-refundable, but fully transferable, reservation package. Prior to payments being charged by Talent Rock, every enrolled talent and/or guest must agree during the recorded confirmation process the event reservation is non-refundable, but transferable with an associated cost per event transfer.
Talent Rock does not accept "Buyer's Remorse" as a reason to challenge payment made to Talent Rock or request funds to be returned.
If your Check or Electronic ACH Debit is returned, NSF, it may be represented electronically, and you may be assessed a processing fee for the maximum amount allowed by law. The check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorney's fees, court cost, taxes and other amounts allowed by law.
