After the event she was contacted by an agency who received her CD from the open call session. The agency then set up a meeting with a major record label in California. In return, that label set up another meeting for her, this time with a major management company in LA. The names of these agencies cannot be disclosed at this time due to negotiations, but everyone agrees that she has a huge voice beyond her years. Venessa is currently working on original music and plans on returning to LA soon.
