After winning Top Female Sophisticate Model at a Talent Rock event, Catherine moved to New York. She free-lanced with Ingrid French Management, Paradigm, Talent Works and About Face for on-camera work and with CESD, Funny Face Today, and Lifestyles for print work. Soon after, Catherine attended Meisner acting studies and Lloyd Williamson movement for actors work.
Catherine is having great success in the on-camera commercial world, booking national commercials for Home Goods and L'Oreal, regional spots for Papa Johns Pizza, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, WebMD, Be Healthy CT, CenturyTel, Cablevision, and test commercials for Gardisil and Viagra… just to name a few.
National coverage… In 2005, Catherine booked the role of Mrs. Matthews in the film Among Brothers. The film is based on actual events surrounding the death of Jennifer Matthews. In May of 2007, Dateline NBC aired a 2 hour special on the investigation which included footage of the movie featuring scenes with Catherine.
NEW FACE! Catherine was chosen to be the new face of Premarin. She will be featured throughout 2007 in full page print ads for womens magazines such as Good Housekeeping, Better Homes and Gardens, More, Family Cirle, Cooking Light, First for Women and Women's Day.
Catherine also booked a two page print ad for Princess Cruise Lines, which can be seen in the June 2007 issue of Smithsonian and other travel magazines throughout the year. AND shot a fashion layout for "O" magazine called Black & White for the September 2007 issue.
